These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and MyRxWallet North America Corporation, 732 S. 6th Street, #5397, Las Vegas, NV 89101 (“MyRxWallet,” “we,” “us”). They govern your use of OLI — the OLI Workspace at oli.myrxwallet.io, the OLI AI assistant inside it, and any related application or API we publish (together, “OLI”).
By creating an account, signing in, or using OLI you agree to these Terms and to the OLI Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use OLI. If you use OLI for an organisation, you confirm that you may accept these Terms for it.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live. Give true registration details and keep them current. Some parts of OLI are open to guests for a limited number of messages; the rest requires an account.
Do not share your credentials. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us at once at support@myrxwallet.io if you believe someone else has access.
OLI brings an AI assistant, documents and files, search over public sources, and the workspace around them into one surface. Features vary by account and by what the server you use is configured to offer.
We may change, add, limit or retire features. Where a change materially reduces a paid plan, we will give reasonable notice.
You keep your rights in everything you submit — prompts, files, pictures, documents and messages (“Input”). You grant MyRxWallet a limited licence to host, copy, process, transmit and display Input only to run OLI for you, keep it secure, and comply with law. That licence ends when the content is deleted, except for backups that expire on a fixed schedule.
You are responsible for having the right to submit your Input, including any file you attach. Do not submit another person’s protected health information or personal data without authority.
Output is generated for you and may be used in your own work, including commercially, subject to these Terms and to third-party rights in any material it reproduces. You may not present output as human-written where that would mislead, and you may not use it to train a competing model.
OLI AI can be wrong. It can be incomplete, out of date, or cite a source that does not support the claim. Check anything that matters before you act on it.
OLI AI is not a doctor, lawyer, accountant or financial adviser. Nothing it produces is medical diagnosis or treatment, legal advice, or investment, tax or accounting advice. In an emergency call 911. Do not use OLI to make automated decisions about a person’s health, employment, credit, housing or legal rights without human review.
Paid plans are described at the point of purchase. Prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude taxes unless stated. Subscriptions renew at the then-current price unless cancelled before renewal; cancellation stops future charges and does not refund a period already begun except where law requires.
You authorise us and our payment processor to charge your payment method. If a charge fails we may suspend paid features after notice. Cancel in account settings or at support@myrxwallet.io.
You may use OLI for lawful work. You may not:
We may investigate suspected violations and suspend or terminate an account that violates this section.
OLI connects to third parties you choose — including the model provider that generates answers and the sites a reply links to. Their terms and privacy policies govern their part of the interaction. We do not control those sites or services, and we are not responsible for their content, acts or availability.
You may stop using OLI at any time and close your account by writing to support@myrxwallet.io. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, if the law requires, or if continuing would create a security or legal risk. Where reasonable we will give notice and an opportunity to export what you are entitled to.
On termination, the licences you granted end except where we must keep content to comply with law, to resolve a dispute, or for the retention periods in the Privacy Policy.
OLI IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MYRXWALLET DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTY THAT THIRD-PARTY DATA OR AI OUTPUT IS ACCURATE OR CURRENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OLI WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE OR ERROR-FREE. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN EXCLUSIONS, SO PARTS OF THIS SECTION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MYRXWALLET AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO OLI.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO OLI WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR OLI IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). NOTHING HERE LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED BY LAW, INCLUDING FOR FRAUD, WILLFUL MISCONDUCT, OR DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY CAUSED BY NEGLIGENCE.
You will defend and indemnify MyRxWallet and its officers, directors, employees and agents against claims, damages, losses and reasonable legal fees arising from your breach of these Terms, your Input, your misuse of OLI, or your violation of another person’s rights. We will tell you promptly of any such claim and may participate in its defence.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, write to legal@myrxwallet.io and try to resolve the dispute informally for 30 days.
If we cannot resolve it, the dispute will be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, seated in Clark County, Nevada, in English, before one arbitrator. Each side bears its own costs except as the rules or law provide. You and MyRxWallet waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class or representative action. Either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court or seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction. You may opt out of arbitration by writing to legal@myrxwallet.io within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.
We may update these Terms as OLI or the law changes. We post the new version here with a new effective date and, for material changes, give notice by email or in OLI at least 14 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use OLI after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
