OLI has an AI assistant. This page explains, without hedging, what that assistant does with your data, what it does not do, and the controls you have. It is the plain-language companion to the OLI Privacy Policy.
Two sentences: your conversations are not used to train MyRxWallet models, and your data is not sold.
When you send a message, OLI sends the parts needed to answer it to the model provider that generates responses: your prompt, the files or images you attach, and the recent turns of the conversation needed for context. When a reply needs public sources, our retrieval service fetches those public pages.
The provider returns the answer to us and we return it to you. The provider processes the conversation to generate that answer under our agreement with it.
We do not use your conversations to train MyRxWallet’s own models. We do not sell your conversations or use them for advertising.
Conversations are used in aggregate to measure answer quality, detect abuse and fix failures. If you prefer that your conversations not be reviewed for quality, write to privacy@myrxwallet.io and we will record the choice. The request does not stop the processing needed to answer your turns or keep your history.
We store prompts, attachments, replies, timestamps and token counts with your account so that you can return to a conversation and so that we can bill and support you. Attached files are stored by content hash and served only to your signed-in session.
Chats remain until you delete them or close your account. Logs and backups are kept for a limited period, normally 90 days, longer where a security investigation or the law requires, and then deleted or de-identified.
When a reply cites a source, OLI shows a card with the page’s title, description and picture where the page publishes them. Opening a card opens the third-party page; that site’s own privacy policy applies from then on. Some sites block automated previews, in which case the card shows the site’s own logo and host instead.
If your OLI account belongs to a workspace administered by an organisation, that organisation’s administrator may be able to see your account details and usage. Conversations remain tied to your account unless your administrator tells you otherwise.
