This Privacy Policy explains what MyRxWallet North America Corporation (“we,” “us”) collects when you use OLI — the OLI Workspace at oli.myrxwallet.io and the OLI AI assistant inside it — and how we use, share, keep and protect it.
It covers OLI only. It does not cover other MyRxWallet products or sites, which have their own notices.
Account details (name, email, phone), credentials, profile, and support messages. In OLI AI, the prompts you send, the files and pictures you attach, and the replies you receive.
Device and connection data (IP address, browser, operating system, language, time zone), usage data (features used, timestamps, token counts, error reports), and cookies as described in Section 6.
We do not buy personal information from data brokers, do not collect genetic or biometric identifiers, and do not ask for your Social Security number on OLI.
We do not use your information for third-party advertising, and we do not sell it.
When you send a message, your prompt, the files or pictures you attach, and the recent messages needed for context are sent to the model provider that generates the answer. When a reply cites the public web, our systems retrieve those public pages.
We store your prompts, attachments, replies, timestamps and token counts with your account so you can return to a conversation and so we can bill and support you. Attached files are stored by content hash and served only to your signed-in session.
We do not use your conversations to train MyRxWallet’s own models and we do not sell them. Our model provider processes the conversation to generate your answer under our agreement with that provider. The Data Use page sets out exactly what is sent, what is kept, and the switch to opt out of quality review.
Model output can be wrong. It is not medical, legal or financial advice, and links in a reply open third-party pages governed by their own policies. Verify material facts before you rely on them.
We do not sell your personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
We use strictly necessary cookies for sign-in and security, preference cookies for theme and layout, and analytics cookies that help us understand failures and performance. You can block or delete cookies in your browser; blocking the strictly necessary ones prevents sign-in. We do not use advertising cookies.
Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a portable copy of your information; to object to or restrict certain processing; to withdraw consent; and to appeal a decision. We do not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
California residents have the CCPA/CPRA rights, including to know, delete, correct and limit sensitive personal information, and to opt out of sale or sharing — which we do not do. EU, EEA and UK residents have the GDPR rights; our legal bases are contract, legitimate interests, consent and legal obligation.
Write to privacy@myrxwallet.io. We verify identity, acknowledge within 5 business days and answer within the period the law allows (45 days for CCPA, 30 days for GDPR, with permitted extensions). You may use an authorised agent.
We keep account information while your account is open. Chats remain until you delete them or close your account. Logs and backups are kept for a limited period (normally 90 days, longer where a security investigation or law requires), then deleted or de-identified.
When you ask us to delete information we remove it from live systems, instruct our processors to do the same, and let backups age out. We may keep what law requires or what is needed to resolve a dispute or prevent fraud.
We protect information with encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access, audit logging, least-privilege administration and vendor review. No system is perfectly secure. Report a suspected compromise to security@myrxwallet.io.
OLI is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, write to privacy@myrxwallet.io and we will delete it.
We operate in the United States and store information there. If you use OLI from elsewhere, you understand that your information is transferred to and processed in the United States, and we use appropriate safeguards where the law requires them.
We may update this Policy. We post the new version here with a new effective date and, for material changes, give notice by email or in OLI at least 14 days before it takes effect. Prior versions are available on request.
